Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will assist the Chef in managing kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring smooth and efficient service in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
- Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities meet quality and presentation standards.
- Assist with menu planning, portion control, and cost management.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve efficiency and skill levels.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with the Chef, Food & Beverage team, and management for smooth service during busy periods.
- Ensure equipment is properly used and report any malfunctions to maintenance promptly.
- Uphold hotel policies and ensure a safe, professional, and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a Diploma
