Tender Devs is a structured virtual tech academy for children aged 6–15.
We operate in academic-style batches and focus on building disciplined, confident young developers through live online instruction.
We are currently seeking Tech Mentors to join our growing team.
Role Overview
As a Tech Mentor, you will deliver live online classes to small groups of students and guide them through structured, project-based learning sessions.
This is not a casual tutoring role.
We operate with structure, progression, and measurable outcomes.
Technical Requirements
Applicants should have working knowledge of:
• Python (Beginner to Intermediate)
• Scratch Programming
• HTML & basic CSS
• Basic problem-solving and logical thinking skills
What We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in mentors who:
• Communicate clearly and patiently
• Can simplify technical concepts for children
• Are calm, structured, and organized
• Understand classroom control (even virtually)
• Are reliable and punctual
• Have strong internet connection and a laptop
Prior experience teaching children is a strong advantage.
