Sales Training/Quality Assurance Officer

Job descriptions & requirements
Onboarding & Induction:
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires.
- Train on product knowledge, pricing, objections handling, CRM usage, and company SOPs.
- Conduct role-plays and simulation exercises for sales scenarios.
- Assess readiness before confirmation or field deployment.
Continuous Sales Training:
- Conduct refresher training based on performance gaps.
- Develop training modules for Closing techniques, Upselling & cross-selling, Negotiation skills and Call handling (for CRM-based or telesales teams)
- Train on compliance and ethical selling standards.
- Organise monthly skill improvement workshops.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in related fields.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a sales-related roleĀ
- Must be a sales expert
Work Closely With:
- Sales Managers (for performance alignment)
- HR (for probation confirmation & disciplinary actions)
- Operations/Logistics (to address delivery-related quality issues)
- Support management in designing performance benchmarks.
