Computer/ICT Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs (classroom, virtual, and hands-on labs)
• Assess training needs and customise content for different skill levels
• Create training materials such as presentations, manuals, labs, and assessments
• Conduct workshops on topics such as operating systems, networking, software applications, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or programming
• Evaluate learner progress through tests, projects, and feedback
• Update training content to reflect emerging technologies and industry trends
• Provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring as needed
• Collaborate with management and technical teams to align training with business needs
• Maintain records of training activities and learner performance

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Computer fundamentals,/Desktop publishing /Graphics and Animation, Python, SQL, HTML, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in smart classroom tools and online teaching platforms.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Programming Languages like python, scratch, HTML and Graphics.
• Knowledge of GSM repair will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to learn easily and become a leader.
• Ability to inspire and motivate Students.
• Good reporting Skills.
