Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Performance:
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the automobile sales team.
- Set individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Develop strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
Inventory & Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
- 2–3+ years of automobile sales experience.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership management software.
