Job summary
We are a fast-growing solar energy company looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and promoting our solar solutions to residential and commercial clients.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and online channels
- Promote and sell solar energy products and solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and reports
- Minimum of OND in any field
- 2+ years experience in sales (solar, electrical, or technical sales is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic understanding of solar systems is a plus
- Sales and persuasion skills

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 130,000 Monthly + Commission
