Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers
• Try to figure out what a customer wants or needs by talking to or observing him or her.
• Tell customers about the products' features and demonstrate their use
• Explain the differences between the different models of a product
• Answer questions about products, services, and store policies
• Inform customers about sales and promotions
• Order customized or out-of-stock items
• Prepare sales receipts or invoices as requested by the Customer.
• Process payments for purchases
• Set up and maintain product displays with accurate prices.

Requirements

• OND in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in sales.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
