Job summary

We are currently looking for a high-performing executive sales manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the same field and a proven track record in sales, business development, and market expansion within construction chemicals, waterproofing systems, epoxy flooring, solvent-based systems, solvent-free systems, and self-levelling solutions.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions


Sales & Target Management:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Handle complaints or objections professionally
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in the latest/current job in construction chemicals
  • Must be currently working in the same industry / same field
  • Strong network in the construction / project / industrial market
  • Proven ability to generate sales and manage key accounts
  • Experience with contractors, consultants, applicators, and project-driven business
  • Strong leadership and commercial mindset
