Executive Sales Manager
Job summary
We are currently looking for a high-performing executive sales manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the same field and a proven track record in sales, business development, and market expansion within construction chemicals, waterproofing systems, epoxy flooring, solvent-based systems, solvent-free systems, and self-levelling solutions.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Sales & Target Management:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle complaints or objections professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in the latest/current job in construction chemicals
- Must be currently working in the same industry / same field
- Strong network in the construction / project / industrial market
- Proven ability to generate sales and manage key accounts
- Experience with contractors, consultants, applicators, and project-driven business
- Strong leadership and commercial mindset

Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 600,000
