Bilingual Sales and Customer Success Agent
Job summary
Specifi VA Ltd is looking for 3 fluently bilingual sales/ customer success agents: Person 1- must speak English + French. Person 2- must speak English + German. Person 3- must speak English + Italian.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Conduct outbound cold calling into English- and French/ German/ Italian-speaking prospect markets on behalf of Client
- Qualify new business opportunities through calls using leads provided by Client
- Manage and nurture cold / warm leads, referrals, and re-engagement of lapsed prospects
- Maintain a structured, up-to-date sales pipeline within Client’s CRM, progressing opportunities through each stage of the funnel
- Qualify prospects against Client’s ideal customer profile — identifying needs, decision-makers, timelines, and budget
- Deliver compelling presentations for management
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate terms to close, in line with Client’s commercial policy
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for newly won clients — coordinating documentation, service agreements, and operational setup
- Liaise with Client’s operations and finance teams to ensure a seamless handover from sale to service delivery
- Set clear client expectations on timelines, service scope, and points of contact
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the active service period
- Monitor client satisfaction, proactively address issues, and escalate where required
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
- Provide regular activity and performance reporting to Client’s designated manager (call volumes, pipeline status, conversion rates, client updates)
- Adhere to all GDPR, data handling, and communication compliance requirements applicable to both markets
- Native or near-native fluency in both English and French/ German/Italian.
- Capable of conducting sales calls, negotiations, and written correspondence to a professional standard in both languages.
Requirements:
- Minimum HND Certificate or qualification in French/ German/ Italian will be highly preferred
- Minimum 2 years B2C sales experience with demonstrable success in outbound prospecting and full-cycle selling.
- Minimum 3 years customer service or customer relationship management experience.
- Confident and resilient in high-volume outbound cold calling.
- Skilled in opening conversations, handling gatekeepers, and managing first-contact objections.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships post-sale through to service completion. Proactive in anticipating client needs and resolving issues swiftly.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Disciplined in pipeline logging.
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365, video conferencing, and VoIP telephony.
- Exceptional verbal and written communicator across both languages and all channels — phone, email, and video.
- Persuasive, professional, and clear.
- Highly self-directed. Able to manage multiple accounts and pipeline stages simultaneously without losing quality or responsiveness. Essential
- Sector Knowledge Experience in, and understanding of transport, logistics, freight, or supply chain services. Desirable
- Remote Working Track record of performing in a remote or distributed team environment. Reliable, self-motivated, and outcomes-focused. Essential
