Activation & Content Lead

Responsibilities:

• Attend offline events, introduce the product and onboard customers.
• Talk to the online community and make them understand our product. 
• A weekly live training in the WhatsApp community, running from week two.
• Practical, specific, and about their business rather than our features.
• Short tutorial videos that show one concrete thing a seller gains. We have the AI tooling for production; we need the judgement about what is worth making. 
• Our social presence — steady, useful, and pointed at sellers, not at other startups. 
• A weekly number: free to paid, and the named reason behind every loss.

Requirements:

• You are tech-savvy, and you can teach.
• You explain things to people who are not technical without making them feel stupid.
• This matters more to us than marketing credentials.
• You live in WhatsApp groups and understand what makes someone open a message and act on it. 
• You are comfortable on camera and fast with AI content tools.
• You are numerate.
• You can hold a funnel in your head and report it without being asked.
• You are willing to tell the founder the product is the problem when it is.

This is not for you if: 

• You measure your work in reach, impressions or followers. 
• You want a brand or creative role.
• This job is judged on payments received.

The Engagement:

• Independent contractor, project-based, not employment.
• A monthly retainer plus uncapped incentives on the revenue you deliver.
• We agreed on both at the interview.
• If the results are there, we continue, and the role becomes permanent. (That is our intention, not a formality.)
• We are hiring the team to grow with, not fill a gap.
• You are responsible for your own taxes as a contractor.
• We apply withholding tax where required.

What Success Looks Like at 90 Days:

• 25 of the existing 160 sellers paying; money cleared.
• The weekly training is for 40 or more people.
• 12 tutorial videos published.
• Us knowing, with evidence, why sellers do and do not pay.
