Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Guide customers to find pieces they love and offer friendly styling advice.
• Build genuine customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Drive sales and work towards achieving store targets.
• Keep the store beautifully presented, clean, and well-organized.
• Process payments accurately and pack online and in-store orders with care.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries online and in-store.
• Share customer feedback and observations with the team to improve service.

Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken English, including the ability to communicate professionally with customers online.
• Proven experience using Shopify and a POS system.
• Good customer service and sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Basic mathematics and careful attention to prices, payments, and order details.
• Genuine interest in fashion and ability to speak confidently about clothing, fit, and styling.
• A bubbly, approachable personality, with reliability to follow through on tasks.
• Must reside in Abuja and be available to work in-store.
