Sales Force Automation Lead
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven sales force automation (SFA) lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital sales solutions. The role focuses on driving sales efficiency, enhancing field force productivity, and enabling data-driven decision-making through SFA platforms, ERP integrations, and analytics.

- Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions across the organisation.
- Drive adoption of SFA tools (e.g., Beatroute) among sales teams through structured training and change management
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define system requirements, test strategies, and acceptance criteria
- Integrate SFA platforms with ERP systems to ensure real-time data visibility and seamless business operations
- Automate sales processes from order capture to final delivery, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors
- Analyze sales and operational data to generate actionable insights for business growth
- Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to support leadership decision-making
- Lead troubleshooting, system support, and continuous improvement of SFA and related systems
- Manage and mentor teams supporting SFA and channel partner systems
- Design and deliver training programs and user manuals to ensure effective system utilisation.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales Force Automation, CRM, or digital sales transformation roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field
- Certifications in CRM/SFA tools or data analytics (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in implementing and managing SFA tools (preferably Beatroute or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM integration
- Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers and product teams
- Strong problem-solving and system troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in distribution or sales-driven organizations is mandatory
