Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stay Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a short-let apartment/guest house facility. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experience, manage bookings, supervise housekeeping, and maintain high operational standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day guest operations and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and facility staff.
- Handle check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest complaints.
- Ensure rooms and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
- Maintain occupancy records and prepare daily/weekly management reports.
- Oversee reservations, bookings, payments, and customer queries.
- Train and supervise team members to maintain hospitality standards.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and general property upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel or short-stay apartment management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of hospitality operations and guest management software.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve issues professionally.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
