Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stay Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a short-let apartment/guest house facility. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experience, manage bookings, supervise housekeeping, and maintain high operational standards.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day guest operations and ensure excellent service delivery.
Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and facility staff.
Handle check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest complaints.
Ensure rooms and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
Maintain occupancy records and prepare daily/weekly management reports.
Oversee reservations, bookings, payments, and customer queries.
Train and supervise team members to maintain hospitality standards.
Monitor inventory, supplies, and general property upkeep.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational policies.

Requirements:

Degree/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
2–4 years of experience in hotel or short-stay apartment management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of hospitality operations and guest management software.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve issues professionally.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
