Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and brand visibility.
Create and manage property listings across multiple online platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.).
Liaise and negotiate with vendors, agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor the condition of properties and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
Engage with guests and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about local events, trends, and the social scene to position listings effectively.
Track performance metrics and provide regular marketing and occupancy reports.
Collaborate with management to improve pricing, promotions, and service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in property marketing, shortlet management, or hospitality sales.
Strong understanding of online marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Knowledge of local social trends and events that can influence demand.
Communication and social skills.
Creative content development for social media and online listings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
