Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and brand visibility.
- Create and manage property listings across multiple online platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.).
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors, agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor the condition of properties and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
- Engage with guests and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about local events, trends, and the social scene to position listings effectively.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular marketing and occupancy reports.
- Collaborate with management to improve pricing, promotions, and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property marketing, shortlet management, or hospitality sales.
- Strong understanding of online marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Knowledge of local social trends and events that can influence demand.
- Communication and social skills.
- Creative content development for social media and online listings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
