Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff supervision.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant employees.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare operational reports and sales records.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Develop strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality regulations.

Requirements:

• HND, B.Sc, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MUST have experience in the job role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000
