Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff supervision.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant employees.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare operational reports and sales records.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Develop strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality regulations.
Requirements:
- HND, B.Sc, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MUST have experience in the job role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems is an added advantage.
