Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily business operations.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
- Supervise department managers and employees to ensure productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship.
Business Development and Strategy:
- Assist in developing and executing business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and projects.
Financial Management:
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and forecasts.
- Ensure cost-control measures are implemented effectively.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare and present operational and performance reports to management.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Support the general manager in administrative and strategic functions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
- Must have experience in any type of manufacturing or production-based business, e.g., pure water, bakery,
- Understands timelines and deadlines.
- Preferably 37 years old and a resident on the mainland.
