Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily estate operations and facility management
- Supervise security, cleaners, technicians, and maintenance teams
- Manage tenant relations, complaints, and service delivery
- Ensure estates are clean, functional, and compliant with company standards
- Prepare operational and incident reports for management
- Enforce estate rules and property policies
Requirements:
- HND or B.Sc. in Estate Management or a related discipline (mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience managing residential estates
- Hands-on experience supervising estate staff and service vendors
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Good understanding of facility maintenance and utilities management
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain proper records
- Must be resident in or willing to relocate to Abuja
