Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Scouting: Identify key industry players (merchants, financial institutions, or tech platforms) for potential integration or co-marketing opportunities.
- End-to-End Management: Own the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and contract negotiation to onboarding and performance tracking.
- Revenue Growth: Develop creative partner-led initiatives that drive user acquisition and transaction volume.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure partner needs are met, and integrations are seamless.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in Partnerships, Strategic Sales, or Business Development (Fintech experience preferred).
- Negotiation: Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing high-value accounts.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to measure partnership ROI and adjust tactics accordingly.
