Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations efficiently.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and track monthly revenue.
- Handle stock inventory and ensure proper product management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with clients and send timely updates/messages.
- Manage the salon’s social media pages with daily content posting and engagement.
- Support marketing efforts to increase visibility and customer retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth staff coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong operational and organizational skills.
- Experience with bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Social media marketing knowledge and content management experience.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Remuneration: NGN 140,000 – 200,000
Work Mode: Monday – Saturday.
