Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and conduct a brief consultation to understand their needs, preferences, and any relevant health concerns
Assess clients' physical condition to determine suitable massage techniques
Identify situations where massage may not be appropriate and refer clients to a healthcare professional when necessary
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Perform a variety of massage treatments, including: Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Aromatherapy massage, Hot stone massage (where applicable), Relaxation massage
Customize treatments to meet individual client needs
Ensure clients are comfortable throughout each session
Explain treatment procedures and expected outcomes before each session
Provide aftercare advice to help clients maintain the benefits of treatment
Address client concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment room.
Disinfect massage tables, tools, and equipment after each session.
Ensure fresh linens, towels, and supplies are available at all times.
Follow all health, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Spa Therapist, or Wellness Therapist is preferred.
Experience in a spa, wellness center, hotel, gym, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
