- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Communicating with housekeeping about rooms that are ready, need cleaning, or require special attention.
- Coordinating with maintenance when guests report problems such as broken air conditioning, plumbing, or appliances.
- Keeping guest information and records accurate and confidential.
- Responding to guest requests, such as extra towels, wake-up calls, transportation information, or directions.
- Maintaining the front desk area so it remains organized and professional.
- Completing shift reports and communicating important information to the receptionist taking over the next shift.
