Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the strategic, commercial, and operational transformation of a Premium Bottled Water Business. The ideal candidate will drive premium brand repositioning, national expansion, manufacturing modernization, and long-term profitability while strengthening governance and stakeholder confidence.

Responsibilities:
- Set and execute an enterprise strategy that integrates consumer insight, category growth, market access, and organizational capability.
- Lead manufacturing modernization to improve capacity, efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Reposition the brand to command premium value through packaging, pricing, quality perception, and consumer experience.
- Expand national commercial footprint by scaling distribution, strengthening key accounts, and deepening market presence.
- Build strong relationships with the Board, regulators, host communities, and government stakeholders.
- Implement performance management systems with clear KPIs, incentives, and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (2:1 minimum) in Sciences, Business, or Social Sciences; MBA/advanced management certification is an advantage.
- 10–20 years of FMCG experience, including exposure to premium beverages or bottled water in Nigeria.
- Minimum 5 years leading large‑scale change in an organization with a $5–10M+ balance sheet.
- Experience in Sub‑Saharan Africa FMCG markets is an advantage.
