Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the same capacity. Excellent knowledge of various HR functions, Efficient management skills,
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good observation skills. Proactive. Effective time management skills. Exceptional ability to meet dateline. Ability to manage staff conflicts.
- Proficient in MS office. Years of experience with HR software such as ATS, HRIS, and Recruitment Marketing platforms.
- Additional HR education and certification will be a plus.
