Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the online gaming and betting industry, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates and nurturing relationships over time.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, providing them with the necessary information and resources to succeed in their roles.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 2 years in the gaming or betting industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and programs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
