Job Description/Requirements
- The Candidate will be responsible for delivering daily administration functions, organizing/ managing human interaction, skills management, preparation/Â documentation of statutory requirements, and general human resources functions.
- Help structure staff in recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
- Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
- Performing administrative tasks

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across our organization.
- Nurture a positive work environment (ensuring that the building and facilities comply with health environmental and security  standards)
- Report to management and provide decision support through HRmetrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management  practices
- Design, implement, and monitor adherence to HR policies of recruitment, training and development, employee relation, rewards management , and human resource

Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- B.Sc in Human resource, Business administration or a relevant field is required
- Masters in a relevant field is an added advantage
- Certified qualification (CIPM) or equivalent is preferred
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role
- Relevant experience in a senior management role
- Candidates should have at least 4 years of generalist experience in Human resources and Administration
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to manage millennial effectively
- Competence in building and effectively managing relationships at all levels of the company
- Experience in performance evaluation and change management
- Ability to manage multiple teams at the same time
- Understanding of regulatory compliance requirement and safety rules and regulation
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skill
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
