Job Summary
To successfully manage Human Resource, Company assets, Facilities and Communications within and outside the organization for the mutual benefit of employees and the RyteGate Group.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage all Employees within the HR Service division (such as Drivers, Front Desk, Asset & Facility Management, HR Admin, Strategic communications).
- Supervise staffing requirements within country and Group wide, interview, recommend for hire and orientation of new employees, and/or oversee those processes as guided by the Board of Directors.
- To be a principal point of contact for local regulatory and government agencies as well as other service providers on staff matter
- Provide counsel to all employees on issues concerning employee relations guided by RyteGate Policies
- Plan, organize, and coordinate personnel, trainings, team building or labor relations activities of RyteGate.
- Collate staff evaluation exercises, implementing personnel actions, like promotions or dismissals and delegate authority as appropriate
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitiveness and ensure compliance with legal requirements as approved by the Board
- Coordinate the performance management process, in accordance with RyteGate’s global policy
- Design the annual learning and development plan and track its progress. Implement and evaluate training programmes for staff development in accordance with RyteGate’s policy and available budgets.
- Maintain and coordinate employee motivation and recognition programmes. Provide guidance to staff on career development
- Manage RyteGate benefit’s programmes and ensure payroll adjustments are communicated to finance section by 10th of every month
- Support managers through disciplinary and other employee relations matters
- Proactively manage staff terminations including exit interviews
- Ensures accuracy and update of data on all HR services including Ops manager Application etc.
- Develop and implement Employee retention processes to minimize high turnover rates
- Any other Task as may be assigned from time to time
