- Implement objective performance management and improvement system
- Driving timely payment of monthly statutory remittances (Pension, NSITF, ITF, etc)
- Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees
- Effective management of induction programs and exit interviews for all staff in the group
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to top management on staff matters and employee engagement.
