Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Flight Manager to oversee flight operations, coordinate airline activities, and ensure seamless travel management for clients and crew. The ideal candidate must have strong aviation knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage operational complexities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day flight operations.
Ensure timely scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of flights.
Liaise with airlines, pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff.
Oversee passenger handling, check-in procedures, and travel logistics.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
Prepare flight status reports and operational updates.
Handle emergency or irregular operations efficiently.
Manage travel documentation, ticketing, and customer service processes.
Maintain communication between all operational units to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Degree in Aviation Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in aviation, airline, or travel operations.
Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety policies, and flight scheduling.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operations simultaneously.
Proficiency in flight management systems and basic computer applications.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
