DEDICATED PORTAL MANAGER
Job Summary
We are looking to hire a "Dedicated Portal Manager" to assist our clients (schools) in managing their school management system (school portal). You will mostly be in schools for "Data Entry" and "Training" of our clients' staff.

Job Description/Requirements
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer complaints and assist them in finding resolutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
* Train our client (schools) teachers and admin staff.
* Manage our clients' school management system (school portal).
* Study competition to find new ways to retain and gain customers.
* Collaborate with internal team (e.g. sales, programmers, customer service, management, etc.) to address customers' needs.
* Assist our clients with their data entry.
REQUIREMENT
* Must own a laptop and an Andriod phone.
* ND/HND/B.SC in any field.
* Excellent communication skills (Paramount).
* A customer-oriented attitude.
* Previous experience in the educational system is an added advantage.
* Previous experience in marketing or sales is an added advantage.
* Resident in Alimosho Local Government is an added advantage.
* Basic computer skills.
* Must be within the age of 23 - 27.
