Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational counsellors interested in studying abroad.

● Conduct initial consultations to understand students' academic aspirations, interests, and preferences, and provide personalized guidance on suitable study abroad options.

● Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the application process, addressing questions, and concerns, and providing ongoing support.

● Provide comprehensive information about study abroad programs, including academic offerings, admission requirements, tuition fees, and visa procedures.

● Assist students in selecting appropriate universities, colleges, or language schools based on their academic goals, budgets, and preferences.

● Advise students on program-specific requirements, such as language proficiency exams, standardized tests, and application deadlines.

● Facilitate connections with local resources, support networks, and alumni communities to enhance the student experience and promote academic success.

● Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.

● Prepare students for visa interviews and assist with visa applications.

● Guide students through the application process, including completing application forms, submitting required documents, and preparing for interviews or admissions tests.

● Coordinate with international universities, admissions offices, and immigration authorities to ensure timely processing of applications and visa approvals.

● Track application statuses, follow up on pending requirements, and provide updates to students and their families throughout the process.
