Job Summary
We are currently hiring for the position of Church Corporate Support Services Officer at a not-for-profit leaders to maintain a hospitable and well-organized environment for both church members and visitors organization located in Lekki Phase 1. This role is crucial for the efficient functioning of the church, involving the management of office operations, financial procedures, event coordination, and communication facilitation within the church community. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the pastoral team, volunteers, and ministry.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with the church’s vision for high growth.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and the overall impact of corporate services.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of corporate services.
- Implement best practices to optimize workflow and operational processes.
Youth-Focused Growth:
- Lead initiatives that specifically target the youth demographic for qualitative and quantitative spiritual growth.
- Collaborate with church leaders to design and implement youth-focused programs and services.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team to execute corporate services.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within the team.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute corporate events and services with a focus on engaging the youth.
- Ensure events contribute to both qualitative and quantitative spiritual growth metrics.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement measures to maintain and improve the quality of corporate services.
- Monitor and assess the impact of services on the overall growth of the church.
Requirements:
- Specific: Demonstrated leadership experience in managing corporate services for a youth-focused church.
- Measurable:Â Provide quantifiable evidence of achieving growth targets in previous roles. Showcase success in increasing youth engagement by a specific percentage.
- Achievable:Â Possess a track record of implementing strategies that resulted in both qualitative and quantitative spiritual growth.
- Relevant:Â Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of a youth-focused church environment.
- Time-Bound:Â Highlight achievements within a specified timeframe, emphasizing the ability to drive growth in a dynamic church setting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in church services, office management, or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Proficient in church management software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
