Church Corporate Service Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute strategies aligned with the church’s vision for high growth.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and the overall impact of corporate services.

Operational Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of corporate services.
• Implement best practices to optimize workflow and operational processes.

Youth-Focused Growth:

• Lead initiatives that specifically target the youth demographic for qualitative and quantitative spiritual growth.
• Collaborate with church leaders to design and implement youth-focused programs and services.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing team to execute corporate services.
• Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within the team.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute corporate events and services with a focus on engaging the youth.
• Ensure events contribute to both qualitative and quantitative spiritual growth metrics.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement measures to maintain and improve the quality of corporate services.
• Monitor and assess the impact of services on the overall growth of the church.

Requirements:

• Specific: Demonstrated leadership experience in managing corporate services for a youth-focused church.
• Measurable: Provide quantifiable evidence of achieving growth targets in previous roles. Showcase success in increasing youth engagement by a specific percentage.
• Achievable: Possess a track record of implementing strategies that resulted in both qualitative and quantitative spiritual growth.
• Relevant: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of a youth-focused church environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in church services, office management, or administrative role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent  in Microsoft Office and other office software.
• Proficient in church management software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the church.
