Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Supervise and train security personnel
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor CCTV operations
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of security supervisory experience (preferably in hospitality)
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
- Background in military or paramilitary service is an advantage
