Job summary
We are seeking smart, result-driven, and energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting field visits, engaging prospective clients, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Conduct presentations and explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings and engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Must live within Surulere.
