Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Presenting our company to potential clients
- Report to the head of sales on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of relevant sales experience in real estate
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
