Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis for retail SME clients, evaluating key performance indicators, sales trends, and inventory management.
- Client Relationship Management:Â Build and maintain strong relationships with retail SME clients, understanding their unique challenges and financial needs.
- Strategic Financial Guidance: Provide strategic financial advice and solutions to retail SME clients, assisting in decision-making processes related to expansion, inventory management, and cash flow.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about retail industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and up-to-date financial guidance.
- Credit Assessment: Assess the creditworthiness of retail SME clients, review loan applications, and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to develop comprehensive solutions for retail SME clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, performance analyses, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and retail SME clients.
- Education and Training: Provide financial education and training to retail SME clients, empowering them to make informed financial decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, with a focus on retail SMEs.
- Understanding of retail industry dynamics, including inventory turnover
Remuneration: NGN 250,000
