Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all operations/transactions are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Oversees day-to-day operational activities at every level of the company.
- Builds and maintains healthy relationships with the major key players (Clients and Banks).
- Helps the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Ensures timely delivery and execution of business deals/transactions.
- Ensures timely reconciliation of trades and payments.
- Prepares sensitive supporting documents to process transactions/deals.
- Handles salary schedule and liaises with the accountant on expenses and ensures timely rendition of tax obligations and compliance with the tax authority.
- Updates the company’s top management of changes in market trends and rates.
- Maintains inventory of all office equipment and supplies and ensures they are regularly stocked.
- Manages office assets and equipment including printers, computers etc., and ensures maintenance checks are carried out when due.
- Submits office expenses and liaises with 3rd party vendors.
- Performs other assigned duties as delegated by the Managing Director.
