Job Summary
Your responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, client visits, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. Ensure to be creative enough to maximize consultative selling skills to create, develop, and outline bespoke services within the HR space. You have all the influence, though there is no direct report. There are team members who would work together with you to ensure the success of your role. You are the No 1 sounding board for business development and partnerships; it is your job to connect with the right set of people to make an opportunity successful. When we are not closing deals, it is your job to determine what the issues are and try to fix them. When we have a presentation to make, it is your job to ensure that the presentation is ready and meets the Jobberman Standard. When we are asked to quote, it is your job to ensure that our service is priced for profitability. When a deal is being executed, it is your role to ensure that we have another opportunity lined up within the same company. It is your role to make sure that we do not lose a client for any reason.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads and opportunities
for the business by leveraging personal networks and attendance at industry
events and workshops.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Manage and master efficient and effective cooperation between the business and its clients.
- Ensure communication of new deals to our specialists and other relevant supporting team members.
- Touch point of execution of any product/service partnership
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailor
presentations during client meetings to showcase features, benefits, and
applications in order to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contractual agreements with clients to achieve profitable results for both parties.
- Work with the Head of Sales and Head of Youth Engagement to determine partnership pricing.
- Perform needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients
- Respond instantly to the queries and objections of the client
- Responsible for the success and continual growth of the topline of products and services in the market.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Oversee the diverse product portfolio, which includes Commercial training (Technical and Soft skills) ranging from entry to c-suite level and various consulting services.
- Improve product positioning and strategy by offering feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure that all client interactions, sales activity, and progress are accurately and currently documented.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product team, customer support team, and marketing team to guarantee a unified and customer-focused strategy.
- Other related activities and assignments as assigned by the Head of Sales, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in business administration or its related discipline from a reputable university
- 3-8 years proven working experience in business development or sales, preferably B2B sales and account management
- Familiarity with the industry and products/services offered
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems, databases, CRM software, e.gZoho
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office packages
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Ability to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Sales & Customer Service experience
- Negotiation and persuasive skills
- Great communication skills
Reporting:
- Routinely report business development updates to the Head of Sales and all relevant stakeholders within the organization.
