A major player in the Engineering & Systems Integration business, provides an exceptionally high quality engineering service for its customers in the areas of Automation & Control systems, Functional Safety (SIS), Instrumentation, Fire & Gas systems, Electrical, Panel building, Training, & Project management. We looking for a hardworking, passionate and results-oriented Project Manager to efficiently deliver our projects to time, quality with zero LTI.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Dress professionally and in accordance with the company’s dress code.
- Develop new business accounts (registering companies with customers across different industries: oil & gas, manufacturing, power & utilities, etc.) and expand existing customer relationships to secure major contracts.
- Create client database & sales strategy to expand current business as well as grow new business
- Utilizes sales pipeline management tools to track lead generation, sales, revenue & invoices
- Follow a proven sales process that includes prospecting, qualifying, targeting, identifying customer needs, developing value propositions, presenting solutions, and alternatives
- Maintain knowledge of marketplace issues, industry trends, competitive information, customer expectations, public policy, and other market drivers
- Create and execute industry-specific tactical business development & marketing activities
- Continous customer relationship management & aggressive opportunities follow ups, Setting up meetings & making presentation to customers
- Attend exhibition & conferences
- Analyse yearly target and work towards meeting quarterly & yearly targets set.
- Submit monthly sales report for management use
- Attend trainings and work with a mentor to guide you towards the Sales career growth Path
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of business development/sales experience
- Proven working experience as a Business Development/ Sales executive and track record in developing business and long-term client relations
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Internal drive that is unmatched, paired with a high level of emotional intelligence and grit.
- Integrity & Credibility are must-have characteristics to uphold the company's core values
- Proficiency in English, Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A good listener, excellent communicator with good negotiation skills
- Teamwork, collaboration skills & ability to build rapport
