Job summary
The Sales Representative (Showroom) is responsible for attending to walk-in clients, promoting products, closing sales, maintaining showroom standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to showroom walk-in clients and provide professional product consultation.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and close sales.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Meet assigned sales targets and generate new leads through referrals and field visits.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and stock reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory/store team.
- Maintain proper showroom display and organization.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and handle customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing,
Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or building materials industry (added advantage).
- CRM Proficiency
- Analytical Skills: Evaluating sales figures market trends and competitor activity
- Digital Tools
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
- Report writing and record keeping ability
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
