We're an Authorized Reseller of BYC Underwear. We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative who would make a positive connection with customers to secure purchases. Sales Representative duties include selling and restocking. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth through sales maximization.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and offering assistance
- Recommending products or merchandise to help customers
- Answering questions and addressing concerns
- Informing customers about sales, promotions, and policies
- Demonstrating how products work
- Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases
- Stocking merchandise and creating displays
- Taking inventory and monitoring the sales floor
- Drive sales through the engagement of customers
- Suggestive Selling and sharing of product information
- Handling payments
- Display of products
- Helping with special promotions
- Overseeing deliveries
- Helping with special promotions
- Ordering of Stocks
- Dealing with Customer queries and complaints
- As may be duly assigned by the Sales manager
Requirements:
- HND/BSc. In Business Administration/ Marketing or related field preferred
- 3 years of cognitive experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of sales standards and customer service routines
- Proficiency in English
- Track record of overachieving sales quota
- Must be attentive to customers’ needs and determined to provide customer satisfaction
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Working knowledge of SAP, POS Systems, and inventory management
- Well-groomed with GOOD DRESS SENSE
Working Hours: 09:00 am - 07:00 pm
Location: Oko-Ado, Sangotedo, Ajah
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 monthly
Candidates within the Sangotedo-Ajah axis will be considered.
