Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing effective marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients and promoting the company’s products or services.

- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
- Promote and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
- 2 years experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
