Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Expand distribution network and open new retail outlets
- Manage existing distributors and appoint new ones where necessary
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper market coverage
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Ensure timely payment and debt recovery
- Submit weekly sales reports
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG or cosmetics sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Must understand assigned regional market terrain
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
