Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and follow-ups.
- Present and promote company services and properties to potential clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as required.
- Attend company meetings, trainings, and events as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software is a plus.
- Minimum of a High National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional attitude and ability to represent the company positively.
