Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Lagos and the surrounding areas.
- Prospect, generate, and qualify leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Present and promote company products (diesel and other petroleum products) to corporate and individual clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales, preferably in oil & gas, energy, logistics, or related industries.
- Must be a resident of Lagos.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to confidently engage clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good knowledge of sales software tools.
- Strong strategic planning and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
