Responsibilities:
- Identify and track tenders from IOCs, utilities, and government agencies.
- Prepare prequalification (PQ) and expression of interest (EOI) documents.
- Compile technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate engineering inputs, BoQs, schedules, and costing.
- Ensure compliance with NNPC, DPR/NUPRC, and client requirements.
- Maintain bid success analytics and tender database.
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Procurement.
- 4–6 years of experience in EPC or energy project tendering.
- Strong documentation and compliance management skills.
- Familiarity with Nigerian energy procurement standards.
