Job summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive personal assistant to provide administrative and operational support to MD of a company
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle calls, emails, and official communication
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
- Support the MD with administrative and operational tasks
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a personal assistant, administrative officer/EA or similar role
- A minimum of an HND in any relevant discipline
- The candidates should be within 25 – 33 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence efficiently
- Must be professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Candidate must reside in Akure or be willing to relocate
- Follow up on assigned tasks and deadlines
