Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the work area,
- Maintaining product quality.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee and beverage preparation, is an added advantage
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Effective communication abilities to interact with team members and customers
- Knowledge and experience in food preparation and cafe operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on hygiene and maintaining a clean workspace
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
