We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to oversee the overall operations of our restaurant/Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff performance, and maintaining high operational standards.

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
- Drive revenue growth and manage profitability, including budgeting and cost control.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of managing profitable restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent financial management and budgeting skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
