Responsibilities:

  • Attend to the customer request
  • Keep an accurate record  of  customer  transactions
  • Respond to customer  enquiries
  • Manage customer activities within the workspace
  • Handle customer drop-off Laundry
  • Allocate and manage Laundry equipment for self service clients

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year experience
  • Degree in a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
