Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of teas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work station and equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when needed.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of tea brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet demand.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Proximity to Berger, Ogba, Akute, Omole Phase 2, Ketu, OPIC, Wawa, Ajuwon, Olowoira, Magodo, Isheri, and surrounding areas preferred.
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
